What we do.

We provide decent and affordable housing to the vulnerable. In doing so, we provide a clear route to independent living and community integration, provide help and support to anyone who needs our assistance and enable the vulnerable to regain their self-confidence and to build up the resources to turn their lives around. We provide a comforting environment as a stepping stone towards independent living and are dedicated to improving the futures of those who are vulnerable. In our development programmes, we agree upon attainable targets and provide practical support to achieve or maintain independent living.

We will help with practical and moral support, such as…

Benefit & Employment advice.

Independent living skills.

Restart the journey.

We will guide clients with specialised support for the relevant, professional help needed. We will re-start a client’s journey from our safe haven at their most vulnerable time. Our accommodation is fully furnished and vary in their number of bedrooms. All tenants enjoy the comfort, safety, privacy and independence of their own rooms whilst sharing communal areas and facilities. If someone’s feeling vulnerable, help is at hand. Now is the time to reach out. We provide a safe environment to help start afresh – to finally find a stable independent life. We understand that you may need more time to find the tools you need to help you live independently. We have experience, knowledge and expertise in specialised social care. We are driven by our commitment to supporting vulnerable adults in the community and anyone facing tough times with nowhere to go, no one to turn to.

Realistic outcomes with long term sustainability.

We are dedicated to creating realistic outcomes for all that we know can be sustained over the long term. Everyone progresses in their own way and in their own time. That’s why there is no specific time period that a vulnerable individual can stay with us on their personal journey. Our approach is to empower our clients to manage their own needs within a safe haven of renewal. In their own time! Our floating support provides a light touch with which to help guide vulnerable people on a real journey towards a new and stable future. We find that it is our attention to focus on the individual and the different services they may require that sets us apart. We don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach as each and every person who comes to us has their own independent needs which have to be catered for to improve their lives.

Unique clients. Unique needs.

Every client will have unique needs, and we are committed to key tasks such as signposting to local services, assistance with administrative tasks, goal setting, and accessing education or employment. Additional support staff can also hold ‘workshops’ to provide essential life skills such as cooking, recycling, CV writing and much more. We have a variety of supported housing provisions designed to provide both housing and support to help vulnerable people live as independently as possible within their communities. We help them maintain their tenancies by tackling and preventing social issues such as: poverty, mental health breakdowns and risk of abuse.

An integrated service.

Our supported housing provisions are designed to meet the needs of particular client groups such as: people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, addiction issues, ex offenders and older people. Our supported housing is an integrated service in which housing, support and care services are provided. We provide both long and short-term housing provision. Our long-term provision is designed for tenants who require support to live independently. Our short-term provision is designed to help tenants acquire the emotional and practical skills needed to move into more mainstream housing.

The support given to tenants depends on their needs. It can include for instance…

Access to treatment services for alcohol, drug or health problems help with getting benefits.

Developing independent living skills, such as how to cope in a crisis developing budgeting skills.
